1st Phone interview From Intel

wahhh kin cheong ... at 1st i was doing all my research on the company and wondering what will they ask me ... filling up all the blanks that i do not know bout the company .. and when my interviewer called me at the selected time of my interview, i notice he did not ask me a single thing about INTEL .. haha .. he just said "WHAT INTEL DOES?" thats all .. no history no background, what is the latest technology that we are undergoing and all .. hahah nada ... 0 zero.. over all i did not know how i did ... be myself and stay honest ... some question i answered with confidence but some i am not sure i gave a correct answer or not .. anyway the interview went like 1 hour and 15 minutes .. guess this is my 1st interview experience .. if i don get its ok (NOT :( )heheh but................. it was an experience gain and rooms for improvement will made by me self .. :) pretty much i will have alot of interview that i will be facing as my working life has started .. so pray for me 2 get a JOB :p ... i believe that God has already book one for me d .. :) sooner later i will find it hehehe .. adios ...

Finally I am going 2 Graduate in TIME .. :) so so happy ... huh .. i remember when i went into the room to check my result my friend and i was like so Anxious .. haiya the only thing that i could think of is plz don fail me ... give me a pass can already la ... what class also never mind since i tot i did very bad during my last paper on one subject ... so the Tutor of my year was like what is your name ?? ur Student Card Number ... i told him all but with a stammering kind of tone .... then he was like smiling back at me and said congratulation ... You have got 1st Class Hons .. and i was like WTH .... OMG ... i cant even believe it ...

Firstly i would like to thank all my group of friends which came here with me ... Se Yu, Ah Wei, Wei Wei, Pat Pat and Cyril for helping out each other over the year ... Studying togather, putting all the hard work into assignment, Cooking ... messing around yeah .... Embarking on this journey with them was a whole new experience that is unforgettable and a very knowledgeable one ... Hei LOVE YOU GUYS (Not in a gay way ofcause) .... :) ...

hehe anyway i will be going off 2 a new place d .. i wont be staying in the student halls anymore .. moving 2 Salford ... it is still in manchester but in a diff place d ... so i will be busy this few days and need 2 move all my things over there .. hence i am not feeling well .. fever , flu and even sore throat .. Ahhh London London ..... what a nice and busy place 2 be .... the 1st day when i reach there ... it was so nice as it was my first time ... My Jojo just pass away so i was a bit sad at the same time .. This trip was an unexpected one cause ah wei's friend was not working at that time as it was a bankers holiday ... so he invited us there ... 4 of my other friends was still back in Manchester ... Clueless of what they are going 2 do for the weekend hehe .... BUT THE MAIN INTENTION OF US GOING THERE IS THE MALAYSIAN FOOD .. hehehe as london has a lot of Malaysian people in China Town ...

ANYWAY ......... when we reach there it was about 5.50pm. By the way Below is the picture of Dodi al Fayed DADDY ... :)
The 1st place i went to was Harrod Mall .... ahh it was a nice place where Picture of Princess Diana and Dodi al Fayed Memorial in Harrods Department Store in London. I just went there for the sake of taking picture of her. So when we enter the mall ... the guard stop me and ah wei, he said " No luggage please, Go down to the ground floor to keep it there " .. so without hasitating we quickly went down and place it in the scanner thingy ... i guess the security is very tight over there ... then the lady said .. " 3 pounds Please " .. haha i was like OMG ... i am just here for a photo shot and thats it .. ahhh .. so what 2 do leh ... my luggage also enter already .. so give it to her lo ... but seriously it was like 10 minutes only after i took the pic .. heheh .. cause at the same time we were both hungry ... hehe actually i was like begging ah wei to come here .. hehe ...
Ahhhh isnt this sweet ... the ring is seriously huge .... i guess Princess Diana's Finger is HUGE haha ...

Hehe you guys know what ... when i was standing next to it taking picture i was smiling ... but i felt awkward as some ppl standing there was like sobbing or even crying ... i was like OMG .. what should i do ?? SHOULD i CRY OR CONTINUE SMILLING hahaha ... but at the end i continued my smile hahah ... But seriously ... alot of people is around that place just wanting to take picture of it .. it is a very crowded place ... So after that my friend ah wei took me to Camden Town ... it was the weirdes hard PUNKING town i ever been .. haha U have like super PUNK people walking around in streets .. but i was scared taking picture of them as my friend ah wei said that ... they will ask u for money if you do so .. hehe ... but it was a SCARY town ... over there u will have alot of Chinese People selling food la .. this la that la ... alot of malaysian there ...

The Scenery there is Fantastic ...
yeah This was the 1st thing i ate when i reach there ... its KU LO YOK and sotong i guess hehe ... with fried rice ... it just cost 1 pound .. hehe nice lo .... (Ah forgot to tell u all ... ah wei is like my tour guide as he came to LONDON for few times d ... so he is more familiar ... )
This is one of the Markets there which is like BATU FERRINGI .. hehe ... they sell weird stuff too .. :) ...

So at night his friend took us for supper at China Town .. hmmmm .. wat a sight ... so lited up at night .. incomparable to Manchesters China Town ...

Yeah at last when i was walking back ... i saw the parlimen guard ... i was so happy cause the palace guard was so far and i could not get near them ... but this one was available heheh .. so as normal i took PIC with them ... and i tot of touching them but when i saw the gun was loaded and there was a huge knife at the tip of the gun i change my mind hahaha ... but when i was walking off ... the funny thing was .. this guard .. suddenly said in a deep voice "Excuse me, what is the time" ... i was shocked as i tot when they are on duty they are not suppose to talk ... haha so i stammered abit and said .. "errrr ... 4.30 pm no no 4.55 pm" and he was like "Thanks" hahaha i was like so happy jumping around haha .. i do not know y i was so excited ... haha i felt lucky out of so many people ... he ask me .. and not them haha ...

My 1st hair Cut in Manchester

:) after the lovely dinner ... I have decide to ask my friend ah wei .. to give me a hair cut ...
yeah i know .. most of my friends when i go online they say ... hei julian when are you going to get your hair cut ?? i will ask them back ... you wanna belanja is it .. ??? i no money la ... hahaha ...
but it has come to a point that i really cannot stand my long hair d .. very mangchang ... since i have curly hair it makes me look FUNNY and very untidy when i dont wear a cap ... :) so what to do ar .... this time had to tahan and ask my friends to cut for me d lah .. PAI KUA PAI KUA lah .. :P ... because even the barber has a hard time to shape my hair .. :( what to do .. follow my mom ma ... how i wish i had straight hair like other people .. anyway .. i close my eyes during the process ... it was scary .. but i trusted my friend cause he has a very good sense of style ... at first when i heard the sound of the scissors and felt hair falling down .. it freaks me out .. hahaha i said gai d lahhh .. cham liau la ...

Yeah me and my flat mates did something different today ... :) we had Western food .. yum yum ... me including ah wei and wei wei we had beef ... omg ... delicious ... because the other 3 of my flat mates couldn't take beef .. and the other is a vegetarian ... so the other three had mash potatoes shaped as a chicken wing [their masterpiece].. hehehe ... theirs is also nice .. but nothing compared to us ... hahahaha .. cause we have MEAT hahaha ...

yum yum ... after a hard week of assignments and revision on exam ... me and my friends had decided to treat ourself again for a lovely Meal ... this time i brought my camera along ... i just manage to take some picture as my camera ran out of battery .. heheh i forgot to check it when i came out ... but at least i got few shots ... :) .... we went there late as we had some minor errors in our assignment ... ishhhh the lecturer suck ... when we ask him last week .. he said everything was right .. and what he wants we had delivered on the report and simulation ... but today .. we found out from our mates that he doesn't want that .. he wants another thing .. its like omg ... WTH ... and some more he isn't in the Uni ... most of the time .. he will not be in on friday .. and since today was the day to pass up the Assignment .. we all panic ... so we did some changes on the Assignment and see what what happens when he mark it ... we did all correct by the way ... but he is very SEH MOH ... by the way this is not the 1st time he did that to us .... ass*ole ... ishhhh ...

anyway we are going to report him as he favours the local people more than us ... for example this assignment .. my friend see yu ask him about something and he did not know .. so he ask him to do the research .. and he did ... after finding the answer from a website ... we ask him again and see weather its correct or not .. and he said yes ...
after that we found out that when one of our classmate which is an AH MOH ask him .. he straight away told them the website that See Yu have researched .. what is this ?? its not fair .. anyway we hate him .. bad attitude ... ahhhh

so because of him our buffet was delayed ....

New Year ... Classes has started and its going 2 be very busy for me .. Assignment starting and final year project to be done also ...

Our flat mates and me last week were fighting with some Malaysian People because of a Game ... if your wondering we did not started it ... they were very childish ... by the way the game was DOTA ... :P

We did not fight back ... ah wei took some punches but everything was alrite ... anyway nothing very proud to boast about it ... just telling you guys .. don worry they will have their BALASAN one day ... :P ( Some of the Ah moh in our flats that knew us and they help us ... they went and scolded them :P they told them 2 watch out .... neways just want to thank them ... I am glad that everything has been good for me last year in 2007 ... meeting people all over the world and having a good time with my family, friends and studies ... it was a big change for me when i came to Manchester but i think it was worth it because it has strengthen me in many ways and turned me into a more independent "BOY" :p ...

Yesterday night, we invited our neighbour to come over to try out our Malaysian Home cook food by Cheft Se Yu and Cyril. We had alot of fun that night. Another thing is that, they are leaving this week some sort like balik kampung for Christmas.

Ok the Menu for that night was Curry Veg, Veg Soup, Egg with Chai Poh ;P and Sweet Sour Chicken very nice hehehe

anyway i am very amazed that we couldn't find any candle in Manchester ... we went tesco la ... aldi la ... every where also cannot find ...at last the only place candle's can be found is in gift shops ... wahhhh weird la this ah moh kau ....

F^#$#^ him [ actually we don mind who we are under its just that his impression 2 us is CHI KO PEK .. and all the guys which he did not called were left with another chinese manager from china ... we tot we were in good hands .. but the same goes with the china manager ... AHHHH ... we got screwed like mad ... i tell u .. we were like the best among the rest ... but we still got scold for no reason .. i think because he dislike us Malaysian or his group got no girls .. shit him F#&$^ ... about the niger he favour the girls ... by the way, majority of the girls that work with the niger are from China ... and a few malaysian girls 2 ...

6 in the Morning

yawn ... today i woke up 6 in the morning just 2 accompany my friend ah wei to the airport and pick his girlfriend .. she came alone just to visit him for a month .. ahhh isn't that sweet ...

we took the train 2 the airport at Manchester Oxford Road .. as we were walking i took out my camera ... hahah

when we reached the Station there was no one just a few people ..

at around 650 am ... we heard a sound from a far ... tuuu tuuu hehehe ... here comes our ride ... yeahhh cause i am starting 2 turn into ice cube d .. :p

when we got in wahhhh so many people ... and the train was so net and tidy ... comepare 2 Malaysia .. :P ...

When we reached the airport i felt like the 1st time i came into Manchester ... ahhh wat a wonderful place .. but had some mix feelings of going back home also hehehe ...

so now i am back home feeling so tired and i need 2 do my assignment some more haizz ... wash my cloths la .. this la .. that la ... i think i better take a nap 1st ... later today i think i will blog again .. hehe

by the way, yesterday our flat there was a guy ... he got rape ... :( i did not know what happen .. all i did know is that i took picture of him when he was assaulted ... so stay tune as i will blog later ... good nite for now ... yawnnnnn

1st day at work

Above is the place we were send to work on our 1st day, wahhh stadium wor .. keat keat ... excited as we get to see the place and also work there.

My 1st working experience was very very tiring, wahhh they were lack of food waiter and at least two table of ten needs 2 people to do the serving. Wahhhh at 1st we tot it was easy but it turns out 2 be a living HELL .. :( ... ah moh u know la ... the plate's are not small and the portions are big. My partner was an indian girl from india and i have 2 carry a tray of 10 soup [ wei wei and ah wei were partners ]. Cause i don think she would be able 2 carry it. So i carry it and she serve the soup [ there was more 2 come just telling u the small part of it :P] . Anyway the hall was very nicely decorated as u can see i took some photo's of it. But it turns out 2 be nicer when the lights are close. Just Magical...

Its like a white christmas party.. anyway my hands are hurting like hell hehehe ... maybe some of u guys will think .. wahhh so little job miss julian can complain d .. hehe but by telling u this is nothing until u have a try of serving that night ... :)

Anyway i almost broke 2 plates in the kitchen hehe ... it fell but suprizingly it did not break .. the kitchen was so pack with all of us carrying stuff in and out.. and the kitchen was seriously small ... wei wei broke 3 heheheh ...

We did not get anything 2 eat :( so hungry at that time some more the food smells great ... and u know what ... ah moh very pandai waste food ... yo .... its like u serve them 100% food they will eat 20% of it .. very PUA KEK ... minority of them will only finish everything ... all they care is wine, beer ..... wahhhhh weirdos ...

After finishing the event .. it was around 10.40pm and we were so happy ... ahhh .. actually relief .. my hands hurts until now ... even when i am blogging hehe ...

On the way back i became trigger friendly with my camera d .. heheh i when inside the stadium and took some night pic of it ... ahhh let me show u all .. how MCFC looks like ...

So after taking some pic of the stadium we headed home. Ahhh the trouble is HOW DO WE GET HOME ??? ahahaha luckly there was one of our friend came here and work b4 d .... so he knows the way back ... We have 2 wait for an hour b4 the bus came ... haizzz .... so i took some of the SO HAI in the making pic of them .. wahahaha .. by the way they are all my colleague ... there is the indian girl that did not help much .. hehehe .. actually she did la ... :P

Actually it was far from my hostel ... we took bus back and it was 1 pound .. not bad .. RM 7 for a trip back :(... and its not back to our front gate of our hostel .. we have 2 walk about 17 minutes back home .. wahhhh the bus stop us in piccadilly station which is The city Center. And my legs were hurting like hell because i wore new shoes ... now i have new born blisters on my leg d .. :( ... But it was nice walking back and seeing the night view over in Manchester .. so i decide to take some more pic again ;P .. let me show u :)

I got up at 11 this morning but i slept at 5am, tired but happy cause it was result time. All of my housemate got ready and prepare to go GILDS an Agency that recruit people for Job's. On the way we saw Manchester Bridge hehehe .. not london bridge k ..

So when we got there they ask us to wait and all of us were so Nervous and scared,but When she told us the name of people that are qualified, all of our names were been called. We were all so happy, and she told us that we could start working tomorrow. Ah *BLANK* for a moment ... cause we did not have any formal Shirt with us [ we did not expect to start work so quick]. So we decided to go down to Manchester City Center and get some clothes for tomorrow.

Here is a picture of my Uni, just part of it hehe [sahaja take cause nothing 2 do] ...

We took a bus to City Center and when we reach, there were alot of musician playing on the road side --- 1st was this family, they are really very very talented. Especially the kiddo -- he was so good with his percussion, he really wack it with good rhythm and the timming did not run. I was very Impressed. But i do not know what his mom was singing .. hahah i just heard some words like forest and monkeys wahaha ...

Below was a cowboy guy .. nice voice .. perfect pitch .. excellent guitar skills .. he "LARI , GORENG" the guitar like mad .. hehe

After taking his picture we went to PRIMAX and get our clothes. Cause TKMAZ was expensive. I got myself a shoe that cost 6 pounds, a black Long Sleeve Shirt for 4 pound , 3 Black socks for 1 pound and balck Pants for 8 pound. all was just 18 pounds ... wahhh so many things ... cheap leh .. :)

Ahhhh after buying our things we went to tecso to buy so food stuff .. we heard music outside tesco and when we got nearer we saw violinist , wahhh they played nice classical songs. They played song like Cannon in D , hahaha some of the songs i do not know the name but i know its classical ... I use to play o2Jam thats y i have heard some of them b4 :) ..

So on the way back to the bus stand ... we saw another street performance .. ahhh ... here comes the woodwind family its like a finale for us ... hehehe no strings d .. all blow blow blow ... seriously la, i do not know they are professional or not la ... but the music quality, hmmmm sounds like they are ..

Really respect them ... Keep it up street performer's .. For me the best was the Kid hehehe ... *nice one kiddo* ... so we got back home and took some so hai pic ..

I hope there care people reading this as in "GIVE FACE laaaa " :p anyway i wanna thank Granny Jolin for making me interested in creating this blog. I don't know why but i would just like to follow her. hehe. But trust me this is not hangat hangat tahi ayam stuff. DON WORRY.

Anyway yesterday i called friends and family back home in Penang. Danny, Gary, My Cousin Raymond, Brabara [ which is getting married this month and i don get to go :( ] , Mr Yeap, and some others like RAM and Cindy Geh [ also the same getting married this month and i don get to go either ] but they did not pick up. I think they were busy working.

haha and today i just finish my exam on how 2 become a waiter. :P its an agent for people that is working in hotels and high class places. So its compulsory to learn every table rules and etc.....

i wanted to tell granny but she went offline when i got back from the exam. i think i did well, can pass qua. So if i pass means i can start working during my December break and i can earn some money to go KAI KAI next year. :) happy happy me

By the way its 9 pm and i haven't eaten my dinner yet. Hungry lo. My friends are all cooking
Porridge so i need to go and help them. And another thing is that i am still using my 016 line over here in UK. You guys can msg me anytime, don worry about the rate its still the same rate as you msg your friends and family in penang. But for me its not la.
